Welcome to the 2017 Dell Upgrade Fundraiser and Progress Site!

Kingussie Camanachd Club is delighted to announce that the 2017 Dell Upgrade project has been successful! We now have the green light to proceed and have just purchased a fantastic Toro sit on mower. This means stage 2 (out of 7 stages) are now complete.

To recap, the Leader Fund provided £106,913.00. Two other grants were secured; Scottish Hydro Electric Community Trust and from Highland Council Ward Discretionary. Thank you to all our club members, fans and family, collectively we have raised the additional £10,000 required to proceed with this one-off opportunity to dramatically improve the venue at the Dell.

124 bricks have now been sold in total and we have a small number left still to sell, the sale of bricks will not be closing until Easter. Please see below how you can continue to support our club by purchasing a brick.

Since the purchase was made in 2010 the Kingussie Club has made some improvements including the stop-ball fencing and cafe. The construction of the café has proved that is is possible to have facilities at the Dell despite it being on a flood plain.

The Club would now like to take the venue to a new standard, which will be of a quality that could attract National Finals, and will be a major improvement for players, visitors and home supporters. 5 key new features are planned.

100 Seater Grandstand to be located on the home side.

UPDATE! Now Purchased! A modern second-hand top quality sit-on mower.

Team rooms built to replace the dugouts on each side.

Tarmac the road and tar plainings on the car park.

Mains electricity supply to provide power to run the café and a scoreboard.
